Unacceptable Service. No Action on Refund Request

On October 4, I prepaid 766 $US to Multilingualbooks.com for a language course that was NEVER DELIVERED. Over a period of two months, my numerous emails and telephone calls concerning the matter have NOT BEEN ANSWERED. Finally, my REQUEST FOR REFUND has been IGNORED. I have turned the matter over to my credit card company, who informs me that I must wait at least four months for them to conduct a review and reverse the charges to my account.
