Neveragain - lack of service or satisfaction

It was the first time I used Walgreens.com. From the very start of my order there were problems. I ordered two items one you could only get online. I also had a promo code for $5 off. I got a total on one page hit submit and then an entirely different total came up. They charged me another entire shipping charge because the other item was coming from a different wharehouse? I called customer service and supposedly she fixed it! Well then I got my order. The item that was only available on line was just thrown in the box no outer blister pack like shown on the web or the protective sleeve that was described in the ad. It was a new kind of ice pack for pain relief. I was not going to keep theis mess. So you are supposed to be able to return it to any Walgreens right! Well they took it back but they would not give me my shipping even though it was defect and not complete.
I still am very mad about that and shudder to think about people who order medication online with them.
