I had worked for Jason Caslte off and on from 08. During this time period I saw him bring hardship to everyone who came into contact with him. Weather it was not finishing job on time or budget, making his employees work 10-12 hr shifts with little to no breaks, destroying his familiy life or kicking his dog around.

We had a cycle going where I would work for a while and then he would rip me off a week or two worth of pay. Then I would quit, he would pay me a portion of what he owed me a few months later and I would go back to work for him b/c the job market in our city was a little rough. Also I thought I liked the guy.

During my last tenior working for him, I was a forman supervising a few people for 10/hr! If you think that is bad, the other people made 2-more less than that. Most of all the money made on the job went to pay legal expenses he accrewed in a diviorce and paying for laywers and anger management classes.

During the 6 years I worked for him, I watched him countless times take advantage of people who didnot know what they weregetting themselves into. Jason is very smart, and manupulative (i should know, my dumb ass went back to work for him 4 times). At the end of my last job with him I left due to unfair and intollerable working conditions. He still owes me over 400$ at the rate he was paying me, and also moneys to people I had brought on bored to work.

DO NOT hire this man or any company he is affiliated with! He is a very bad person and has no regard for anything or anyone but himself.
