They mislead you into purchasing garments under the false pretenses that you will have no problem retuning it. No charges or hidden fees. When you do return it and follow all of their directions to do so, they hit you with a $20 restocking fee that was never mentioned at the time of purchase, even thought I had ASKED repetitively. They said No problem over the phone but then I out $30 when I could have made the purchase somewhere else at no fees.
