I ORDERED A PREPAID CARD FROM FINANCIAL SERVICES IN LONDON IT COST 9.99 after a short time i had the card fraud transactions started to appear on the card account i reported this to valerie willis at the prepaid centre she did nothing i said then i was going to the newcastle building socity to make a complaint then she intimadated me sayin i was making abusive phone calles to staff this was total lie then she got noel moran the manager there to start lieing for hir to he sent me a e. Mail sying he was closing my account she wanted the account close to get rid of the complaint i was charges 14.00 fpr monthy fees for this card and it was only 1.00 a month i did not have the card 12 moths i had been ripped of by thes to crooks noel moran and valerie willas at the prepaid centre there was fraud on the account in june she refused to do any thing abought it once i said i was making a complaint she the card issuer willas turnd nasty at no time had i used 14 months on this card as i did not even have te card any where near that lenth of time i was being ripped of and threatend by thes to london crooks noel moran & vvalerie willas
