CMS CMS credit cards fraud. Brad Daley lied about credit card debt and that they help me to get rid of it

Last year out of desperation due to fairly large number of credit card debt I signed up with a credit counseling company called Court Mediation Services, its a program that assumes your debt and they take over your overdue accounts.
According to the company, they provide Out of Court Mediations and debt settlement/relief I am now being sued by the original creditor American Express and just received a summons last week. When I contacted CMS they simply ignore my email. Also my emails were ignored by their representative Lee Cook. I was forced to hire attorney and file for bankruptcy. My attorney explains me that CMS services are nothing but fraud.
All they do is tell you lie and you charge you a lot of money. When you are have problems you are on your own, all they can do is to provide you with few copies of law suits which you can use on your own in court of law. For a person who doesnt have a law degree you need to have your attorney to represent you and not bunch of papers. You can easily loose in court when you are up against professionals.
Please stay away from CMS and Brad Daley. DO NOT trust them!!! Find attorney who will help you with your problems or just use Google and search, it will be cheaper and more effective than this scam.
