Desoto Mower of Plano
I took my mower in for repair and when I went to pick it up they had SOLD it!

I took my mower in to Desoto Mower of Plano to have my lawnmower repaired.

When I went in to pick it up they told me they had SOLD IT!

They told me I had no recourse because they had a policy that if the mower was left there for more than 30 days THEY OWNED IT!

I was never notified that they were going to sell it and no where on my paperwork is this policy stated!

When I asked to speak to the owner they said he wasn't there and refused to give me his phone number.

The technician then got beligerent and told me to get a lawyer and take them to court!

Now I'm out of a perfectly good mower!
