Needed answer about toxicology report got nothing about that, charged me and are charging me again they have no contact info

I needed to know which was the most reliable a urine or blood toxicology report. They linked me with a Physicians Assistant that did not answer the question. They still charged me the $18.00 dollars and this month I see another charge for $18.00 dollars and I did not ask then another question. There is no info on how to contact them in any way so thats why I am here. Wish I had known about you then. Just to let you know the teller at the bank told me about you. So now I have to cancel my debit card and wait for another one to come in the mail. Thanks
