Extended my contract, promised I could get new phone

I extended my contract, at a higher price, with less features and was promised I could still get a new phone without extending my contract. When I mentioned the phone, they were looking at my pictures. I got home, but some were missing. I looked at another phone and was told I had to extend my contract AGAIN in order to get the new phone. Total scam!
