HKMASO@gmail.com tried to extort money, wrong dress made, no shipping info

I ordered a wedding dress listed on the website, www.dressale.com on July 8th.
I chose the dress in the photograph and then followed the website's instructions giving my measurements and the color of fabric to be used. I placed the order using my VISA and received an order and confirmation number. Within 30 minutes of placing order, an international number called my cell phone and in broken English, asked me to email all of the info I had just placed on the order. They couldn't even tell me what the email was, so I had to go from the address used in my Gmail confirmation of sale, which was
HKMASO@gmail.com. The next day, I got an email back saying "We need you to send $20 more dollars or we will not make money on this dress.
