Unfair, Racially and sexually biased work environment. Managers accept bribes of drug or money

This is a telemarketing company which first and foremost rips off the clients. We are taught to lie to them and cover over the verification tapes which authorizes them to be charged for the services. We tell them it is a free service then during verification we speak over the parts that inform them of this.

But this is not where is stops. Since the owners of the company are themselves telemarketers which are used to ripping people off, they rip off their own employees. We are told our sales did not go through and will not recieve comission for them. The managers are very uncooperative in giving the details of why. The "Kick List" is then sold to other employees who can then call back these 'hot leads' which fell for the scam once and are told the verification process failed and they just need to run though it again.

Also management has segregated the easier programs to sell to a special "VIP" section where the manager decides which employees get to work them. This is where the choice is racially, sexually, or monetarially motivated. I has seen the money change hands. People in this "VIP" section routinely make 800 to 900/ week while the regular section is lucky to see 300 or 400/ wk.

Charges were brought against the company for extorting money from employees to get their paychecks on Fridays. If a quota of sales is not met, it is said that an employee must come in and work a full day on Saturday and work off the clock to get their paycheck. Otherwise the offical payday is Monday. Employees pay to get their paychecks on Friday. The assistant manager, Jeff, was fired for this practice. He was the scapegoat however since the manager, Ramish, is also guilty of this practice.

I was called into the office by Ken, the head of HR, to the discuss these allegations. Ever since then then management targeted me as a "Whistleblower". I was fired within the month.
