I will keep this brief, but I had an interview setup with this company. I heard a phone call back two days later after filling the application out. The HR lady told me to come in on X day at X time. I agreed and that was that. Well when I went in today to speak with her, not only did she come late into work keeping myself and someone else there for an interview for over an hour! But she walked in and said hi in the lowest tone and manner and didnt seem to care that she was late and you could tell she was wayyyy to comfortable with her job (She knew she couldn't get fired and was going to act how she wanted it seemed). She immediately said, oh your so and so correct? I said yes, and then she said, O well you need to reschedule an interview do to your lack of professional dressed attire. I was wear sneakers, good/clean jean, tucked in nice, blue polo and my short combed hair. I might not have been dressed for corporate, but didnt think I needed to seeing they provided uniforms anyways and have been on many other interviews and never had complaints with my style of dress. She told me, nice shoes, dress shirt and pants and tie is optional. Well that would have been fine for me if someone had TOLD ME! No one told me at all and thought maybe I misread something somewhere. I double checked and not in one place did I find anywhere it said "Please show up in this attire." So I feel that this was completely rude, un professional, and the company discriminates a person even before they can explain themselves. Pft... What a joke and I am glad I found this out now before I wasted my time. Do not recommend this place for working AT ALL!!
