Beware they do not finish the work that, they start. On the 6th week and job still not completed. Now I'm getting the run around from the contractors and managers of the company

Aster remodeling where to redo my front porch and install new guard rails, install 3 windows. They had to remove part of our gate, so the could pour the cement. The job started June 8th, it is now July 20th and the still haven't come back to put the fence back up. I've called everyday and told that someone is on their way to finish the work.

No one has shown up or called me back, I've tried to speak with the manager, owner but no ones in the office but the 'receptionist'. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and going to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General.

Please don't use this company!!! I wish I didn't.
