I placed an order and have repeatdely been told items were backordered. Most recently, I was told my sofa would not arrive until Dec. 18th after purchasing on Dec. 3. I was told the other items on my ticket would be held until the sofa and chair I ordered came in. This was not the case. A day before my scheduled delivery, they called to tell me that another of my items was backordered, the same item I was assured would be held until my sofa and chair came in. The customer call center refused to transfer me and told me that whoever told me that they would hold my, already paid for items, was wrong. They sold my furniture from underneath me because I was waiting on an item that they did not have in stock yet told me they did. I am beyond discouraged and would love if someone contacted me about this matter, outside of the call center who clearly doesnt know what they are doing.
