Seafood order - online orde

Submitted an online order for Lobster Dinners for a birthday.
It was never delivered. Called Legal Sea Foods... They could not find order, said they had no record of me ordering. However, 3 days later they found a way to bill$150 to my credit card.
Called about billing on Sat. No one knew anything and they were useless. Told me to call back during week.
The whole process was poorly handles and no one could explain how I got billed when they had no record of my order. Order somewhere else. These folks are bad news.
