Kohls customer service? - checkout service

My wife usually loves to shop at kohls. Thursday 15th 7pm at kohls in westfield indiana, at the checkout, the woman who rang up the items was very rude. Almost as if it was a bother to ring up the purchase, and angry that we asked for a seperate bag for the jewelry items. It ruined my wifes shopping experience and took the joy out of it for her. My question is, why do you keep employees that dont like customers? Why dont you put those kind of people in the back unpacking boxes or something. Or at least train people how to pretend to be nice just for the sake of business?
