I was charged twice for one product

On 9/5/09, I purchased items at WalMart located at 1725 New Hope Church Rd., Raleigh, NC. Upon hitting house it had been unearthed that I had been billed twice for just one item (overcharge was $2.68). Used to do not go back to WalMart until 9/8/09 to resolve the overcharge but was advised by their customer service department that "unless the overcharge was resolved on the "date of purchase" the maboutey couldn't be delivered. Their shop or webisite has any organization guidelines published, regarding overcharges.
