No refund

I requested MBT Kusumu shoes on May 25 (Order-ID 57571473). I settled by PayPal $99.99 ($89.99 for sneakers, $4.50 Insurance and $5.50 for Duty). On May 30, MBTfine.com terminated my purchase declaring the sneakers were sold-out and they might return my profit per week. It's today July 18 and that I haven't obtained my cash, though I've approached them every single day. They tell me to become patient. I wonder, is that this a fraud. I'm investing all-day today attempting to post grievances. I am sure there are lots of paths of just how to do that efficiently, but I-donot understand them. That is my start. I've completed documents for BBB.
