Brita Filter
Undependable & no customer service

I bought a brand new 3 flow Brita faucet mount filter-less than a few months before. I used Pur water filters, but chose to provide Brita a try.

I hope we would slept with Pur. The digital signal light failed. I improved the filter, convinced that was the issue. However no sign light.

After contacting Brita, I obtained an answer informing me to complete what I Would previously completed (alter the filter). The e-mail continued to inform me if that did not function, I had a need to purchase a new device! As though that's likely to occur.

Whatever happened to CUSTOMER SUPPORT??
