Roger Lee Clark Attorney who doesn't care about his clients' wishes and doesn't consult with them

Roger Lee Clark was referred to a friend through an agency. He was a low-cost attorney whom agreed to take a child custody case for my friend.

When he initially met with my friend (at my friend's house, not an office), he brought along a beer. Gut instinct should have been listened to at that point, but cheap rates superseded the instincts.

My friend's child custody case was 3 - 4 months away. Roger Clark did nothing to prepare for the case. He did not consult with my friend. He did not answer phone calls or emails. He met with my friend ONCE and said that he would talk with the respondent's lawyer. He never did this.

My friend had to scramble to find another attorney one week before the trial date due to Roger's incompetence and refusal to consult. When pressed by the new attorney, Roger submitted a handwritten invoice that was totally falsified. He did none of the work he claimed he had done. He also claimed to have had a heart attack during the time he should have been preparing the case. However, by his own admission, the heart attack occurred AFTER the case had been settled by the new attorney.

Roger Clark is unscrupulous. Roger Clark is dishonest. Roger Clark should not be hired by anyone. Ever.
