Ripoff unsastisfactory service and customer relations

Signed to a contract, one "exterminator" didn't show up to various appointments, no call, no indication that appointment had been changed. Left a message indicating frustration over missed appointment, and received hateful voicemail-retalliation from Orkin. Had one-year contact which I couldn't legally break, and endured unsastifactory service from experience with Orkin... Had problems throughout service with quality of performance and still same bug problems after termination of contract. Have been told that there are other law suits pending with this company. Do NOT use this company. You will not receive quality service. They will take your money and walk away.
