Donna Cummings is a worthless lawyer. She failed to even appear in court on my Child Custody matter. What should have been a cut and dry case led to her filing over and over for continuences until my then 11 year old son turned 15. She failed to appear in court over and over. I have never even talked to her on the phone only when she told me how much her retainer was. Whi ch by the way I paid in full via borrowing against my 401k. Afterwards her staff instructed me that she was out of the office indedinitely prparing for herchilds wedding. It was more important for her to get the money for her childs wedding than anything even showing up to court for trial. Not to mention that shes a dingbat and very very rude. If you want to loose your case pick Donna and her dingbat crew. Even when I contacted her and told her I was going to report her to the state bar she still could not get her act together she kept telling me that my divorce was final an/or that she did not do my divorce. No kidding!!! Donna I did my own divorce with a doit yourself legal kit. A no brainer. She never gave me a bill never even filed a motion on my behalf. What a looser!!!
