BODY CONTROL & FAJAS Charged my card and never deliver items or answer my requests in two different orders same result. "Scam"

In Dec 5 I order several item for a total of $267.32 but I never received the items the refund or any answer from the seller.
Not only that but I bought again on another website that is related to the same people, I din not until latter when I called is the same message for all those stores. They just have different names.
This time the order was for $189.67 and the same thing, still today no answers from any of those stores. Of course they have not refunded the money yet... This people really need the law enforcement to get involved, that the only way that they will respond to customer like us..
