Disappointed with service

I am saying I'm natural since I'm unhappy that I requested my lamps about 4-17 and today they're stating there's one remaining to provide that'll not arrive here till 7-5. We've had a few mixups. I obtained a contact in regards to a problem they'd. I sent them back but I never heard something. I eventually named plus they stated my purchase have been resting in limbo plus they might "transfer it towards the entrance of the point. They deliver me emails thatnot seem sensible. After I did not get that last installation I named them-and that's how I then found out anything was on back-order.
