This company promises to reduce your credit card debt in as little as 3 years. They charge a fee of 17% percent of your total debt and encourage you to save additional money while paying them first for 11 months. They promise to check in on you monthly to follow your progress and keep you informed of any offers to settle your debts. All offers were to be as your savings allowed with the smallest debts being taken care of first.

This company did not check in as promised. Offers for the biggest debts for outrageous amounts came in within the first 6 months of enrollment. When we did speak to a "new" case worker and tried to explain that our financial situation had gotten even worse than when we enrolled, they informed us they were "not there to pay our bills".

Finally, the credit card companies started legal action and we were told to ignore the calls and do not reply to the court papers. They state you can talk to anyone about your case but when trying to do so, we kept being sent to the voicemail of the one who called in the first place. We were told by one representative a totally different amount for the debt than the company had submitted to court and no response when questioned.

One company is still trying to find us to serve us and they have been no help as our go between to work on this. Another company is completely forgotten when we try to speak to them about working on a settlement.

If your debts are minor or you can save as they want you to, they might be ok, but for most of us trying hard to pay the bills only to have the interest rates skyrocket, this company is definately NOT for you.
