Rip Offs-Crooks-Liars Orlando Florida

We signed up for Directv at our ATT cell store (big mistake). He didn't tell us any correct info. He didn't tell us we have to pay insurance on boxes that we are paying to rent. He did not tell us we have to pay for calls and box replacements when our rented boxes break. We were also told that if we move where satellite dishes are not allowed we would not be penalized. Lie. Low and behold we did end up moving to a condo that does not allow dishes. We find out that we do have to buy out our contract. We are penalized for something that is beyond our control. Okay, after we are told we will be billed almost $400 they take it upon themselves to pull the money off my debit card without notifying me and before I even get the bill mailed to me. What errogent a*es. All they had to do is bill me. They would have gotten their money. Beware, if this happens to you and you don't have the sufficient funds, you will be over drafted. Of course after calling them, I get robots that do not care. DO NOT do business with these crooked thieves. You will be sorry.
