Paid this company $ was told could definately get me a lower payment with Taxes and Insurance in my mortg payment, did neither and called me at 4:30 in the afternoon to tell me the modification agreement by my bank had to be Fed Ex that night, also never even spoke to a REAL lawyer through the whole process, was always contacted by a " Mitigator " whatever the hell that is! Some lady that calls every Friday to tell you everything is in the works but when they dont do anything for you they tell you " We have satisfied our obligation " Bull! Your obligation was to do what was promised from the beginning! And not just collect money from people who are already in a tough situation! I beleive this was a scam and they never intended to help anyone.
