Deceived me into paying money for a service that was never provided, refused to issue a refund

Company contacted me stating they had a buyer for my timeshare and identified themselves as a real estate agent. Stated they would be making a commission on the sale. Requested $599 up front to check title in order to see if the property was sellable. For several weeks was told sale was going through. Sale never went through, they refused to refund my money. Lied throughout the entire process.
