'the owner's name is louis Massaro, the manager is andre Mitchell and the claims dept. Supervisor/manager is lori. All in denial Ex-Convics handling your most important possesions

They advertise excepting all major credit cards. When they arrived they wanted to be paid in full with cash or debt card. They lied and told me they would look out for me if I take care of them. I gave them drinks, lunch, dinner, and was very nice to them. They did not arrive until 10:00am. They said they would arrive at 7:30am. It took them until 8:30. It was dark by the time they took my things to a storage unit they could not see and they need to come back the next day to finish with emptying out my house. They said they would be back early the next day to finish. They did'nt come to the house until 7:30 that night, again it was dark it was hard to see. They were emptying the truck and putting things in the storage unit for three hours that next day. When I arrived the next day to the storage untit everything was just thrown in the unit and all my things had been damaged and broken. I had to purchase anothewr unit because it didnt all fit because of the way they packed it. All the material they packed my belongings with were now unpacked and all was broke and scratched. I notified them and told them what had happend and they gave me the run around for four hours. Finally I was able to get someone one the phone only for them to tell me that they would send two guys out to fix it but i would have to pay all over again. Not only did i pay them 1,200.00. I tiped the guys the first day $200.00 each hoping they would do a good job for me. I faught with them for two days. They delayed my move and my settlment. I had to pay some people to help me reorganize the entire two units. It took all day and night. I tried to stop the payment and could not because it went through my debt card. When I told them I was going to report them and file a lawsuit, they said we will send you a claim form and never did. Now I am having the hardest time getting anything from them. What a ripoff. How unfare. They could care less.
