Canceled it, but still got charges

Had a harasseing telephone number tracked for 1.00. They could'nt discover the quantity and so I terminated the order. A month afterwards they charged me 18.95 account charge for something which I currently had terminated inside the 7-day grace period. I had terminated it exactly the same day. And was nevertheless charged. When I approached them through their live-chat, they stated I did'nt cancelle inside the seven days, as well as their attornys stated it okay they do not return my18.95! They actually offered me another termination amount 64769. So today I'm rescheduling my bill so they can't officially grab anymore of my income.
