They steal your hard earned money

I cancelled this account several times only to find out that it was never cancelled and they continued to take my money. They charged my original credit card every month. I did not notice until one day I got a bill from the credit card company when I knew I had not been using the account for over a month so there should not have been any charges. I had a cancellation number but they told me that it was already charged for the month so I would be able to use the service until the end of the month even though it was supposedly cancelled. I had to contact the attorney generals office and the BBB in order to get my money returned. You must however have a confirmation number in order for them to do anything so if this happens to you make sure you keep the number they give you.
