Mark Ouellette is the slimiest lending professional I have come across to date. Did he ask you how old you were? Did he ask you about sports? Did he tell you about Jersey? These are his smoother opening one-liners, but don't be fooled. He's only in this business to put money in his pocket. I spoke with him on the phone and he gave me assurance on a crucial aspect of a property I was going to buy; he said I was "in the door" and "You have to move fast!" I was surprised he was able to give me this detailed info about my home without ever asking me the address. I figured my real estate agent had given it to him since he came by their recommendation. He gave me this info to get me to set an appointment with him the next morning in hopes of landing himself as my lender in order to "move" fast enough to get me into my new house. I had a bad feeling and cancelled the appointment in the morning just hours before we were to meet. I called him and on the phone he said "Whatever... I never met you!" What is that supposed to mean? Come to find out a week later, after hours of paperwork, phone calls, emails, agents, and a list of other headaches... The whole thing gets scrapped because of the bad info given to me and my real estate agent by none other than Mark Ouellette. He lied right to me and right to my realtor. My realtor said later that he had never even given Mark the address... He was just flat out lying. The real estate company has since said they will no longer be using Mark or his services. Do not listen to Mark Ouellette. Everything he says is false. He is a big slimy capitalist pig.
