Ripped me off. Took Paypal but never shipped Fitz/Floyd item Vestal NY

Order Fitz/Floyd item on 12-2-02 and paid with Paypal. Payment cleared my bank on 12-04-02. Item never received.
Numerous emails to WTC never received a response.
It appears that this company has ripped off many people and gotten away with it. Everyone needs to complain to NY Attorney General My response from there says they do not enough complaints to show that WTC is a crook.
Is there a way for all people ripped off to contact each other??
