Of Superior Secretarial Custom Secretary ripped me off! She has not paid for transcription services provided to her

I had contracted to do transcribing for this company. Everything was fine until I told her I could not work at home anymore and would not be able to provide her my services.

In April I had completed my last files.in May I e-mailed her regarding my last pay, she stated that it would be in my Paypal account, then a few days later she stated that she had mailed me a check and when I told her that I had not received it she would check into it.

Needless to say, I have sent her several e-mails, several voicemail messages and several AOL instant messages. She will not return anything and keeps ignoring me. All I want is the money that I am due for the work that I performed.

I have also found out that she has done this to other people as well. There is at least one job site that will no longer let her post there because she has done this to people.
