Poor customer service

On 5/22/10 I recognized that my units didn't include complete expansion/gentle near functions that I'd requested. I've had many discussions over past (4) months using the repetition at Menards. Menards hasn't had the opportunity to obtain Schrock's sales person to make contact with me and it is caught the center! It appears everybody has gotten settled therefore any trouble this has triggered me isn't any huge package!
