Lyon's Bathtub from Menards is crap!

I bought a Lyons tub (design 3060) and bath surround type Menards. After significantly less than 24 months useful, it's created 2 breaks within the ground of the bathtub. I've invested over per month looking to get my cash delivered underneath the guarantee state but haven't got any reaction type Lyons at-all, and only reactions from Menards stating ostensibly "it isn't our issue". I've now reached the purpose that I've educated them I'll be having a lawyer easily do not obtain instant quality for this issue, but am not necessarily keeping my breathing on the quality from their website. I've been guaranteed with a administration people at Menards that Lyons may contact me "from the end-of company today". Which was on September 19th. I've experienced distributing a guarantee claim form to Lyons, without any reaction. I've sent the individual responsible for Plumbing products at Menards and also have gotten only a runaround.

Menards does not stay behind their items as well as their concept of customer support is just a laugh - it is more a person injustice!
