Pipeline Data.com Rip off, horrible customer service, outrageous demands on you to end a contract with them

I have a small on line business just starting up, I thought I needed to have a shopping cart check out for my customers. I found pipeline date in a google search for shopping cart check outs. There was no sign up fee, but I didnt do my research, because the other fees are so out rageous, and the customer service is so non exsistant, it makes you sick. I would call customer service in the middle of the business day as a merchant and get told no one was available to help me. Unbelievable. I left a message to get a call back, and of course i got nothing. They send you a contract which you sign on line, and return to them, its pages and pages long, and the fees that you are agreeing to are deeply hidden in all the mumbo jumbo which no one could understand.By the way I also couldnt figure out how to even use them as a shopping cart check out. The next thing you know I am getting charged $53 a month for non use, and 7.95 a month from American express for what ever!!! I decided to research the company on line. OMG!!! The have an F rating with the BBB, and there are hundreds and hundreds of merchants who have the same complaints about them. I wrote to them and demanded them to cancel my contract (its only been barely 60 days) I got immediate response via email from a Randy who calls himself the VP. He defends the company saying the negitive reveiws are from merchants who misuse the system. Which is clearly not the case, everyone says the same thing, they take money from your account with out notice, they hold back funds that belong to you, they dont return your phone calls, they charge $300 to cancel your account. Randy sent me a form to cancel my account. It is nothing more than a typed up piece of paper asking why i want to cancel and that there will be a $300 fee for it. It is the most unprofessional "form" I have ever seen. I refuse to pay them another dime. They have gotten over $125 out of my account for no reason already. I had to close my business account. I am afraid of what they might do to it. Stay away from them. They have no intentions of treating you or your checking account with any respect.
