Not sure this qualifies as a ripoff as I will most likely receive a refund from my credit card provider. However considering I have suffered a kind of "loss" via time and aggrivation in numerous emails and phone calls to this vendor with no reply by them, I am making this post to recommend you avoid this vendor unless non-delivery and total indifference to your order is an acceptable business practice.
Shop2wear.com's website states orders will be processed in 7-15 business days. After this time elapsed, by many days, both my wife and myself have called their toll free number and emailed numerous times with no reply by Shop2wear. Toll free number has automated answeing system which goes to voice mail after a coulpe minutes of waiting and we never get to speak to any live person. Emails to them also go unanswered as well.
After Googling Shop2wear.com it is apparent they have serious customer service issues concerning the very things we encountered with them. Not sure if they are a legit company which just doesn't care about feedback or a scam site.in any event I suggest you keep this in mind when placing any order with them.
