Unprofessional, Knowingly Breeds Dysplastic Dogs, Ignores you if there's a problem

I am a breeder. I wouldn't want another individual to file a complaint on me, however, since I am being blamed for someone else who filed a recent report, now I am left no choice in the matter.
I bought a puppy from Julie in January. He was gorgeous, I will say that. However, he blew his patella a few months after he came here. I e-mailed Julie and told her about this. I knew right then and there I could not use him for breeding. After he blew is patella, his skeletal problems seemed to escalate. He'd limp in the front, limp in the rear, and basically just laid down all the time. I took him in for X-rays, and my vet suggested I have a radiologist look at them. She wanted me to mail them to her, because she said she was perfectly capable of reading films. If my vet wanted an expert to look at them, why in the world would I send them to her? I sent them in to OFA. She did NOT want me to do that, naturally. Needless to say, Julie denied that there could be anything wrong with him, actually hung up on me, and deleted my e-mails. She KNEW I bought him for breeding purposes, she knew his patella popped out, and she knew he would have to have surgery at some point. I called the breeder of the sire (not Julie), and she told me that there were nothing but bone density problems in that line, along with elbow anamoly. Julie cannot keep her lies straight. She lied about what my vet said, because I called him after the fact. She makes up stories up as she sees fit. His patella, bone density problems, and his hip are factual problems.
Julie will DENY this until the cows come home, but she did not want to take the puppy back. She didn't offer me a refund, not that I expected it, anyway, and treated me horribly. All she cares about is what other breeders think of her, not the offspring that she produces.
I could have sued her, but the U.S. Is so sue happy, that it turns me off. And she wants to sue me for libel? The Internet is a dangerous place.
