John hanna hannas glazing - total rip-off - not licensed contractor - john hanna, beware!

This company ruined our $1,500 tub. The installer turned out to NOT TO BE A Licensed Contractor... His name was John Hanna. He literally used a spray can to Glaze our tub. Overspray on our marble tiles now has to be removed.
The dried finish has hairs and grit embedded everywhere, not to mention huge rough dull areas and clumps of boiled raised epoxy glaze. The dried finish is a mess... Our tub is ruined. We made numerous phone calls to this man, but he would never return our calls. On one call, a women answered the phone (lots of people speaking Spanish in the background could be heard) and said John Hanna "Sold the Business" the day after he did our job... She said the name of the new company was: "The Glazing Guys". She said she would have him call us. Never happened.
We took pictures of the license plate and the company sign on the side of this guys truck.
