Has Sears actually answered to these grievances? Has anybody notice actually gotten statisfaction?

At this time I'm attempting to calm my mom since she's therefore upset about insufficient problem and service-we have obtained from Sears. Our mom is 83 and it has been buying at Sears for possibly many years. Nevertheless, around this weekend she'll no further purchase something from Sears, or set base in a shop again. Which boycott includes the whole family. It's truly sad — not for Sears — they mightnot care less; however for my mom, since this era and people of the era consider infidelity and arrogance to center.

Shortly, what's incorrect and remains wrong with this Kenmore fridge, and soon after 4 years (the refrigerator - not really a Kenmore - we'd before that one last two decades!) is that 1) the compressor needed to be changed this past year; 2) fourteen days before the whole fridge converted into a fridge; repair-service guy arrived, changed the thermostat, did not examine it and so it is still a frost nova. Eggs, dairy, lettuce, anything freezing and damaged.

If all of this were not bad enough, we waited for 10 times for that first support call and today after he could not repair it, we place in another call but should wait another 10 times for that next support phone. We can not store or place something that is likely to be destroyed within the fridge. Imagine if we'd young children in the home and had a need to maintain a well-filled appliances, or had a large celebration over this weekend. It might have already been disastrous. I have reported to Sears however it does not appear to be anybody truly cares. Which means this is my next-best point&ventilation on this website.
