They charged me several times on my att bill for a service I never ordered

Instant 411 some how found my old information through a company I no longer work for and said I ordered service through my old work email that does not work and hasn't for some time. They billed me for several months before I noticed. I called them to find out who they are and why they are billing me and they could not explain to me exactly how they came about billing me other than to say I emailed them from my work email and ordered their service. This is a huge scam and I have notified att about it which is where they were sneaking their billing charges for me.
