COACH BAG - The website looked very professional and there was always someone to speak to online if you had any questions. They even send me a confirmation e-mail and everything looked very professional. Then after when they received my money they did not ever get back to me and they've been still ignoring me. My experience is to never order anything online except if you know that they are 100% reliable and they're known or if your friends have ordered and were happy about it. Also the pictures were exactly like the ones on the actual coach website. The thing is that you can't even copy the pictures from the actual website so i don't know how they got the pictures... And coach is made in china, so there must be some sort of connection.
