I was looking for Coach handbags online and came across www.coachbags-australia.com. The site looked very professional with a great range of bags very similar to those I'd seen in Coach stores at very good prices. $185 later, with 2 emails saying that what I'd chosen was out of stock, then no responses when I asked for confirmation that my order had been sent with a tracking number and unable to contact them by phone, I'm sure I won't be receiving anything. This website is very helpful but unfortunately until the charges come through on the credit card, you don't know who you are dealing with and how to check up on them. Expensive lesson learned.
