Yes like the other victim, I was told 60 day money back guarantee and pressured to buy that stupid juice called xyngular and i bought appetite suppressant called xyng but i knew better to buy that former CNI garbage core 4, and i paid 5-24-10 and got the crap from xyngular and emailed them for procedure to return for refund around 6-1-10 with no reply after they said 2 days to reply, then 6-4-10 i called and Kendall told that i would get no refund for the $20 membership fee (a year fee) so I faxed saying that i would contact AG, FTC, etc.
AGain NO REPLY! So 6-8, i called again asking for a manager Wendy said no refund after 3 days! I said i didnt even have a chance in 3 days to try the product since it took a week to get to me! So I have sent a complaint into the BBB better business bureau and the Utah attorney general's
I would think this scam crooked company would do the right thing and do what they said about refunding 60 days, so we will see and i will comment again once they reply
