Ripoff on "Climate Controlled" Charges

For two years now I have been paying for climate controlled charges from Extra Space Storage. You would think that the temperature would be kept at a reasonable level. However, for more than a year I have been going in at nights and finding the temperatures at 90 degrees or above. I have complained to corporate, to the regional manager, to the onsite manager and little has been done. Yes, they actually added an additional duct into my unit, but what good does that do when the A/C is blowing hot air?
