This man and his company is a ripoff!!! DO NOT get a price quote from JB & Son Plumbing! They will tell you they are doing a quote and then they will perform the job WITHOUT your permission and then charge you 3 times the cost. On top of this HE WILL SUE you in small claims court for payment. The law states in NY that if the service is performed you MUST pay so the judge will rule in his favor!
This is how you stop this scum of the earth!
1. Do not use him for a quote
2. If you make the mistake of using him like I did make sure that you have 3 other price quotes from other plumbers BEFORE you go to court. This way you can show the judge that his prices are 3 TIMES THE ACTUAL COST!
I have filed an appeal and hired an attorney and I am telling everyone I know DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE. I have also called the local news for "Shame Shame Shame" segment. He does not like women so WOMEN BE CAREFULL!!! TELL everyone you know not to use this scumbag!
