Screwed by ADT

I have been fighting with ADTand A company that works for them (suncoast security) since May 7.3 days before they had a girl (Whitney) in our neighborhood going door to door selling ADT security systems. I told Whitney to come back after the 17th (when I get a check) and she told me "there is nothing to charge you for until the bill comes next month." Which was crap. 3 days later I was charged by ADT (you have 3 days to cancle service) so I called them and told them they caused 2 checks to bounce costing me $30 each. They told me to call suncoast and then suncoast told me to call ADT. I finally got a guy named roy rucker at suncoast who just talkes in circles thinking you just get tired and give in (NOT HAPPENING) The installer also told me the system would work even tho I have intermitinte phone service "because it has a battery" which is also bull. So I called ADT and quit the service and told ADT to give me my money back. Then Whitney called me crying and begging me not to quit because she a single mom and needs the money, I quit anyway. They sent me my money back that they had billed me, but left me stuck with the $60 in NSFs.

Someone from ADT called me and told me that they would try to get suncoast to fix things due to there incompatance but suncost just wants to pass the buck. This roy ricker says they should not have to pay for Whitneys mistake because I made a deposit the day I got the NSFs but the ass doesnt even relize that if I had known they were going to pull the money out 10 days early I might have made a bigger deposit! Either way it was there mistake. Then a couple weeks later (after I shut off the service) They pull $107.22 out of my account using a name I never heard of causing 2 more NSFs (now Im out a total of $120 $107. At the time for signing on with ADT) I reported the fraud to my bank and they revirsed the $107 charge. But These companys think it can tell you anything and then turn around and do what ever they want and your stuck with it. Suncoast actually offered me the $107. They pulled out after I told them I was filling fraud charged with the bank. I told them to call me when they were willing to pay the NSFs they cost me. And did I tell you I still have the system and they want it back. I feel like Ive paid for it. AND ADT never even made a follow up call to see whats been going on with the cheats that work for them. How anyone feels safe with this co. Is beyond me. Its no wonder why there are so many complaints on usacomplaints.com and the BBB.
