Beatiful Jewelry but bad Customer Service - customer service

I have ordered several items from GemsTV and have been pleased with each one. I have also sent rings back to be resized with no problems at all. However, I ordered a sapphire ring over 3 months ago, and when I received the ring, a note included said that they would send the Certificate of Authenticity seperately in 10 days. After a month, I wrote Customer Service requesting the Certificate and got a note from them saying to "be patient" they were sending them out that week. Now, another month later I still have no certificate. Now I'm beginning to be worried about my purchase. This is really unacceptable business dealing - especially when it comes to investment purchases. I really am disappointed in them now and probably will no longer be purchasing any items from them.
