I was ready to buy a whole kitchen set of appliances but won’t now that I experienced their TV installation! All they send are delivery people that know nothing about your item’s installation. Salesman told me they would assemble the TV cabinet stand and set-up the TV, adjusting the picture to my satisfaction. Even told me that if later I wasn’t happy with the picture quality (since I signed-up for the maintenance agreement and paid for installation) that all I had to do was call and they’d get someone out to adjust it free of charge. Well, the guys that showed up knew nothing about putting the stand together or installing the TV. It took them 3 hrs for the stand. Just glad I kept checking on them because I had to show them repeatedly that they had the wrong, raw side of the wood showing out. They had to rip it back apart 4 or 5 times through the various assembly stages and caused a splintered crack at one corner. Also, they pulled off the veneer on the back panel when they sloppily punched out the back panels for the cords.By then we’re all pretty frustrated and just getting started on the TV installation. First they changed the original way my cable connected into my satellite box …telling me it was hooked-up wrong. When I asked about going through my receiver, he said he knew nothing about them. When he couldn’t get a picture on the TV, I called my satellite co. To assist him with the install. He didn’t understand the directions my satellite tech gave so he handed the phone back to me in a huff. My satellite tech told me she was asking him if we had a set of audio/video input/output cables but he didn’t understand that. Even I knew what she was asking, so I took over relaying direction to him to hook them up. That’s not all, still no picture, so then went back over the satellite cable connection with my satellite tech and reversed the installer’s wrong switch from the beginning. They said they knew nothing about fine-tuning the picture; that they usually just plug a cord in and are done. That’s all they did with the Blue-ray. Since a TV picture came up the installers left. I had to call back to the store to get phone help on tuning the picture. I went through the picture wizard but still no crisp picture! Called the store again but only the cashier was available. Left messages for both the installation manager and the salesman but no one has returned my call for 4 days. I’m still waiting.
